FAQ
The boring but important questions.
Do credits roll over?
No. Credits reset on the first of every billing period. Buy a top-up if you need more in a given month.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. 1,000 credits per month, no credit card required. That is enough to ship a real prototype.
Can I bring my own model?
Suprsonic capabilities are model-agnostic. Some endpoints let you select a model tier. Enterprise gets custom routing.
What about data privacy?
We do not train on your data. Customer payloads are encrypted at rest and dropped after 30 days unless you opt into longer retention.
How do I rotate keys?
Issue, label, and rotate keys in the Suprsonic dashboard. Old keys keep working until you revoke them.
Can I get an MSA and DPA?
Yes. Available on Enterprise. Contact sales@suprsonic.ai.
